Production Workers
We are looking for full-time production workers for a thriving manufacturing company in Cobourg. These positions offer long-term stability and growth potential for the right candidate. If you are ready to work any shift – day, afternoon, or overnight – and are flexible with 12 or 8-hour schedules, we want to hear from you!
Start Date: as soon as possible
Shift varies – Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am. 12 hour Day and Night shifts operate each day of the week from 7 to 7.
Pay rate: $19.54 p/h plus 4% vacation pay. Paid weekly. Breaks/lunch paid.

Responsibilities:
- Inspecting the product for quality assurance
- Efficiently carrying out the loading and unloading process according to instructions
- Properly packing or boxing the product as per guidelines
- Fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work any shift
- Clear Criminal Background Check
- Canadian citizenship, Permanent Residency, or full-time work permit required.
- Emphasis on punctuality and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift to 30lbs
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Adherence to all Safe Job Procedures and Safe Work Practices
