Administration Assistant – Insurance

We are hiring an Administration Assistant to work in a client-facing role at an Insurance company in Cobourg.   In this role you will build relationships, deliver outstanding service, and develop toward an Associate Financial Advisor position.

Hours of Work:   Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, in-office

Salary: $50,000 to $70,000

Responsibilites: 

  • Deliver proactive client service and follow-up
  • Support scheduling, reviews, outbound calls, and client activities

  • Customer service, sales, or financial services experience
  • Growth mindset and interest in financial services
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred
