Before we start your job search, you’ll meet with one of our staffing experts to review your resume and to discuss your experience, job requirements, and career goals. Gaining a better understanding of who you are allows us to create that perfect match with the right employer.

With this information, our staff will begin the matching process, taking the stress of finding a job off your shoulders. We will alert you of new opportunities and conduct interviews for the jobs you are interested in pursuing.

We support our matches.

Once you secure your new job, you’ll continue to receive support from the Bentley team. We work with you to complete your provincial employment training to ensure that you know your rights as an employee, take you on a tour of your new workplace and set-up regular meetings to support your transition into your new role.
