Bentley Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join a facility located in Codrington, Ontario, just north of Brighton. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent weekday hours and a supportive team environment.

 

Job Title: Full-Time Production Worker
Location: Codrington, ON
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: Monday, June 2, 2025

Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on production and assembly tasks
  • Work with small components requiring excellent manual dexterity
  • Use hand tools and follow instructions accurately
  • Support general production processes as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

  • Must have your own reliable transportation to get to the Codrington site (no public transit available)
  • Excellent manual dexterity
  • Previous experience working with electrical wires is an asset
  • Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and physically able to work on your feet
  • Preference will be given to candidates who live close to the site
