Print Press Labourers

We are hiring 4 general labourers to work with a production crew for a busy packaging facility in Cobourg. These positions are full-time or part-time, however, permanent employment is offered for those looking for full-time permanent hire.

START DATE: as soon as possible

SHIFTS: Days and Nights – 6.45am to 6.45pm and 6.45pm to 6.45am.

PAY RATE: $18.75 p/h plus 4% vacation pay paid weekly. Breaks and lunch are paid.

Responsibilities:

  • Off-loading material
  • Checking product for quality
  • Packing/boxing product as instructed
  • Working within a team

Requirements:

  • Punctual and reliable
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Physically fit
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs
  • CSA approved safety footwear
  • Able to do repetitive tasks
  • Follow all Safe Job Procedures, Safe Work Practices, and Company Rules along with new COVID-19 protocols.
